Hi, I am Dylan Loftis! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, family stress, life transitions and other challenges. My work as a therapist is to supporting you in discovering your inner strengths; this allows you to work through you challenges and live to our highest potential.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative especially in defining success, goals, and your inner strengths. We will start by setting realistic goals, utilizing your strengths, and creativity to navigate challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to be the best individual that they choose to be.
Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals and families who are struggling with academic and learning disabilities (such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders) for children and adults. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling to fit in at school due to self-esteem, anxiety or depression. I believe in working with children and their support system to have a successful and thriving academic journey.
