Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Everyone goes through challenges in life one way or another and sometimes it can push you to a state of mind that may feel hard to cope by yourself. I believe everyone has the ability to heal themselves and when appropriate support and guidance are provided, the process can feel less of a burden on the individual and family. And I think the role of a therapist starts from there.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I enjoy working with clients on issues ranging from relationship problems such as interpersonal, marital or parenting challenges, and individuals who are working to overcome personal obstacles such as trauma, emotion regulation issues, or transitions/changes in life.
