I am so energized to work with individuals who want something better for themselves! I have been working with couples/individuals/families since 2009, and it has been rewarding beyond belief. I have worked with families overcoming a variety of issues ranging from painful traumatic experiences to difficulty adjusting to a new town. My primary theoretical orientation is Solution Focused and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Strategic to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I have extensive experience and a passion for working with challenging teenagers and high conflict families and couples.

While I practice empirically supported treatment models, I believe outcomes are best determined by a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
