You have made the first step, having the strength to reach out. I am excited to walk beside you on your journey to take care of yourself. My focus is in providing a safe, non-judgmental space, meeting you where you are and working toward your personal goals.
Whether self-esteem, relationship issues, loneliness, phase of life transitions, or difficult past experiences, I utilize evidence-based practices and practice with a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I recognize that depression and anxiety can feel like a roadblock to living the life you want. And I believe with the right tools and identifying your values, I can help you conquer that block and help you empower yourself to achieve success in getting what you want out of life.
Much of my experience has been working with adults of all ages who have experienced trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. I have found great success utilizing ACT, CBT, Mindfulness practices, DBT interventions and SFBT.
