My background includes clinical experience working in community mental health care centers, school-based counseling, and college counseling. Areas of special interest include depression, anxiety, family systems, parent/child relationships, academic and social anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, low self-esteem, and adjustment issues.

My therapeutic methods are grounded in evidenced-based practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
