I know that is hard to believe now, but I truly have faith each person that walks through my door has the capacity to work through their pain and reclaim their story. The first step is finding hope. Through a client-centered lens, we will explore the ways your pain has made life unmanageable and how to utilize your strengths to untangle that web. I work in collaboration with my clients to create new coping skills, to explore healthier ways of thinking and processing emotions, and to gain back confidence. I have been working as a mental health professional since 2013 and am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). I specialize in treating young adults and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other life/relationship stressors. My primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral therapy and I am also trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have a particular passion for working with individuals and couples going through pregnancy, peripartum, postpartum, and parenting journeys. This is a unique and overwhelming time in one’s life and supporting you through the process is my highest priority.
I am honored when clients share their stories with me and give me a space in their journey. Please feel free to call me to schedule an appointment today.
